Problem:

User is unable to establish the connection successful in the software even though physical connection is in order.

Background: 

Sometimes the GPS services will stop running or have to be restarted again.

Solution: 

1) Open your task manager

2) Click on 'Services' tab

3) Search for 'Voyager GPS Service'

4) Right click on 'Voyager GPS Service'

5) Click Restart

6) The Status will then turn to Stopped and then after a few seconds, it will show as Running again

Launch your GPS configuration application and try the connection again

- Voyager GPS Configuration Application (all versions)
