Background:
This guides user to establish the connection for their JRC NQA-4251 unit onboard with the NMEA DONGLE (NOT for AIS pilot plug).
Solution:
Please find attached example onboard connection for NQA-4251. As per photos, this example is utilizing ports '9A' and '9B'.
Example of '9A' cable is color coded = RED
Example '9B' cable is color coded = BLACK
The RED cable of '9A' is connected to the 1st port of the NMEA Dongle
The BLACK cable of '9B' is connected to the 2nd port of the NMEA dongle
*These are attached as example*
To check if the connection have been established in order, there will be a 'blue' LED light shown on the NMEA dongle itself.
