Within any of the VFI Nav menu options, hovering the cursor over a menu option will display an empty star icon. If you regularly access this menu option or want to have it saved as a favourite, then you need only click the star icon. 

The Favourites Nav menu option only displays if you have saved favourites.  

If you no longer want a menu option set as a favourite, hover over the item within the favourites section and click on the star icon. Likewise, you can click on the star icon on the menu option in the nav menu section it originates from.
