Problem:

User faces an error prompt during the updating of ADPs which states 'ADP Update Data Gap'



Background: 

This ADP updating issue is caused by a gap in the correction data of your ADP areas. The updates could not be used because they do not follow on from your current data.


Solution: 

1) Open the "Data Updating Wizard"

2) Select "Obtain updates direct from the ADMIRALTY web service", click next

3) Select "Send e-mail to request update" or if internet is available "Update automatically from the Internet", click next

4) Select the areas that you want to update, click next

5) Follow the instructions to either request the updates via email or web


Once done and all updates have been loaded, your ADP will be updated to the latest week.
