Problem:

When utilizing the ADP Software, users may experience a window prompt which states the error message 'TTService Not Running...'


Background: 

This error message is caused by the TTService in the Windows Services not started or hanged.


Solution: 

1.    Close all ADP Applications

2.    Click on, Start > Control Panel

3.    Within 'Control Panel' select Administrative Tools

4.    Within 'Administrative Tools' select Services

5.    Scroll down the list to locate software name 'TTService', check if the Status is marked 'Started'

6.    If TTService Status is showing ‘Started’, please select 'TTService' to highlight it then select ‘Stop the service’ follow by ‘Restart the service’.

7.    Launch your ADP software.
