Problem:

Users may need to do a total reinstallation of their ADP software to resolve some ongoing issues.


Background: 

To successfully un-install the ADP software from the PC, a certain file has to be run to removed the registry keys that are currently registered to ensure that the PC is cleaned of any ADP software information.


Solution: 

1. Log on as the PC Administrator (You may need to contact your IT Support if you do not have an Administrator account)

2. Select "Start" -> "Settings" > "Apps"

3. Select Admiralty Digital Publications and click "Uninstall"

4. Insert the latest Weekly ADP Software and Update DVD

5. Browse to the folder for your DVD drive and navigate to the folder "TotalUninstall" on the DVD and double-click TotalUninstall.exe

6. Click Next, then click Finish

7. Insert the ADP update DVD again, browse to the folder DVD and run the "setup.exe" to re-install ADP. 

8. After installation is completed, you are required to insert the ADP Start Up Key to proceed with the Activation
