Problem:
User missed out steps to go about to fully un-install their e-NP reader before proceeding with the new installation.
Background:
If e-NP reader is not fully un-install, there are still registry keys within the PC which may still cause the new installation to pick up older information and user might still face the same issue that they are experienced before the re-installation.
Solution:
1. Un-install e-NP Reader via your Control panel (Go to Computer Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> uninstall ‘ADMIRALTY e-NP Reader’)
2. Insert ADP Update DVD Media ->e-NP -> Select ‘Remove e-NP Reader Files.bat’ -> Press any keys to continue.
3. Now, your previously installed e-NP is completely un-installed
4. You can now proceed to install the e-NP Reader
