Problem:

When user is trying to load a response file into their e-NP reader, it prompts a error message that states the expected response file number error.

Background: 

The number of the response file differs from the number the e-NP Reader expected. The e-NP Reader was currently expecting response number XX.

Solution: 

1) Create a new e-NP Request, which should then have the number X. 

2) Send this request to updates@enavigator.ukho.gov.uk with the subject "e-NP". 

3) You will then receive your new response file which can be loaded into the e-NP Reader.

- e-NP Reader (all versions)
