Problem:

User is facing an error which states Update package failed for licence



Background: 

This occurs usually when there was a change in login details recently that was not used to reactivate all e-NP readers onboard. This causes the e-NP reader to be unable to capture the new change in login details and therefore unable to update further.


Solution: 

1) Go to Activation -> Next -> Media -> Next -> Input e-NP User Login and Password -> Next -> Browse to a designated directory to save the activation request file -> Save -> Follow the instruction to send the request file via email -> Finish

*you will be prompted that your permits and data will be deleted, please proceed as the permit and data will be recovered upon successful activation*

2) After you have received the response file, Go to Tools -> Activation -> Apply -> Browse to locate the response file -> Load -> Finish


You should utilize the last received login details (username & password) during the re-activation process. If you have lost the login details or forgotten it, please send an email to customerservices@voyagerww.com to request for the latest.
