Problem:

User is unable to open their e-NP Reader software after double clicking it



Background: 

It is possible that the config file for the e-NP reader is broken and needs to be replaced


Solution: 

Please copy the attached file to following folder (Replace the "%user%" with your windows username):

C:\Users\"%user%"\AppData\Local\UK_Hydrographic_Office\UKHO.EnpReader.Shell.exe_Url_kuax51drnnustl5zqbaokycok2f4dtq3\1.3.0.0


When asked to overwrite the existing file, please click yes.


Affected Systems:

- e-NP Reader (all versions)
