Problem:
User is unable to update their e-NP Reader via web method even after ensuring that information are being whitelisted.
Background:
UKHO releases new certificate for their web updating once in a while. When that happens, the old certificate will be expired and a new one will need to be installed/replaced.
Solution:
1. When downloaded and unzipped, double click on the "Comodo" Certificate.
2. Click Install Certificate... to open the ‘Certificate Import Wizard’
3. Click Next
4. Choose "Place all certificates in the following store" and hit browse
5. Choose the Trusted Root Certification Authorities and click ok and then continue through all prompts
6. Click Finish
7. Now Double click on the "Comodo2"
8. Choose Install Certificate
9. Click Next
10. Choose "Automatically select the certificate store based on the type of certificate" and hit next and then finish.
11. Double Click Comodo3
12. Choose Install Certificate
13. Click Next
14. Choose "Automatically select the certificate store based on the type of certificate" and hit next and then finish.
