Problem:

When user is trying to generate a certificate in their e-NP reader, the error Failed to Generate Certificate occurs.



Background: 

It could be due to user did not reactivate using the latest login details due to recent change.


Solution: 

1) Ensure the e-NP software is closed

2) Navigate to the e-NP DVD> Double click the ‘Remove e-NP Reader Files’ icon

3) A window will open with the message ‘Files deleted successfully’ and ‘Press any key to continue’

4) Open the e-Reader and you will need to follow the activation process again installing your original user name and password
